Our staff are professional musicians with diverse music educations from schools such as Berklee College of Music and Atlanta Institute of Music.
We are dedicated to providing an experience for each camper which builds self esteem and communication skills while exploring and learning together.
Music is another way to communicate. Instructors begin by seeing what interests each child has. Experiencing an instrument first-hand enables a child to discover which instrument they connect with. No previous musical experience is required! Beginners are welcome in our camp family.
Together we explore and encourage creativity through instruments and vocals. Campers receive instruction in vocals, drums, guitar, bass, keyboard, and more. While we encourage campers to bring their own instruments, we will provide instruments to those who need them. Camp ends with a performance by the kids for family and friends!
We call on the talents of many guest instructors and behind the scenes staff to provide a diverse and unique musical experience. In past years, camp has been honored to host musicians and teachers such as Donna Hopkins, Jeff Sipe, Diane Durrett, and Caroline Aiken.
Safety is of the utmost importance at Pepperland. Our staff includes individuals who are certified in CPR and First Aid. Click here for more information about this year’s staff.
Meals and snacks will be provided each day.
Other activities include fishing, nature walks, circus arts, and improv games!
